Call Forwarding



To Initiate Call Forwarding

NOTE: You must be calling from the phone line the answering service answers.

1. Dial 72# or 72* (106# for Centrex Lines).

2. Wait for a second dial tone (almost immediately).

3. Dial the phone number we assigned your company and wait for the telephone agent to answer. (If you do not need to speak with the telephone agent, hang up as soon as you hear the first ring.)

4. Repeat steps 1,2,3 and then immediately hang up.

5. Verify that your call forwarding initiation was successful - repeat steps 1 from above. If you hear a busy signal, your call forwarding is on.

NOTE: This procedure MUST be done each and every time you want the answering service to answer your phone line. If your phone line is not Call Forwarded, the answering service will not be able to answer your calls.

To Cancel Call Forwarding

NOTE: You must be calling from the phone line that the answering service answers.

1.Dial 73# or 73* (107# for Centrex Lines)

2. Wait for return to dial tone, hang up. Your phone line is now off call forwarding.
