24 hour Answering Service

ComNet knows that no two clients are the same, so for us a 24 hour answering service customization is considered standard. Whether you require simple message taking or complex call scripting and call routing, we can customize a package for you. Our specialized software is decision tree based that automatically displays your answer phrase and the opening of your specific script for our agents for each incoming call. The software allows us to capture the caller ID** automatically and gives us the ability to popup a directory or database, website or on-call schedule*. Your specific script will guide our agent in the handling of your calls and in capturing the information you want for every message taken. We can customize our answering services and combine services to meet all of your needs. Our software also allows us the ability to ask different questions based on how the caller answers the questions in the script. Inquiries can arrive via telephone, email or web form.  All calls are recorded on a voice logging system that is available to you on-line 24/7 using a login name and password that will be provided to you.

Personal Contact or Dispatch Options: You can choose from dispatch options that include a personal call from our agent, alphanumeric or numeric display pagers, text messaging to your cell or miSecure Messages*, a HIPAA compliant secure messaging, recorded voicemail, fax* or e-mail*. Urgent messages requiring immediate dispatch will be monitored to confirm delivery to the proper person. Callers can also be patched* directly to the requested person's cell phone. You may pick one option or any combination to match your specific needs. You may also designate different dispatch procedures for different classifications of calls, depending on time of day or urgency. Message and call information can be captured and delivered in either a simple text format or in an importable database format according to your needs.

Express Message Check-In: Our system will always answer on the first ring when you check for messages. Express Check-In allows you to move ahead of regular callers so you can retrieve your messages faster.
